1 Movie beats Yevadu..!!

Okay this news is for Mahesh’s fans to cheer up. 1 Nenokkadine may have been an upsetting affair at the box office despite critical acclaim for Mahesh’s performance and Sukumar’s unique concept. But the movie’s dubbing rights was bought at a huge price of 4 crores. A Hindi TV channel bought the dubbing rights of Mahesh’s 1 as well as Ram Charan’s Yevadu for huge price. While Mahesh’s movie was bought for 4 crores Yevadu was bought at 3.6 crores, the psychological thriller garnering 40 lakhs higher than Face Off inspired Yevadu!

While 1 movie outdoing Yevadu in dubbing rights business it may be noted that the movie also becomes the highest ever paid Telugu movie.

In fact, even though 1 movie bombed at the box office, there seems no stopping to the ever inflating popularity of Mahesh Babu, with even Miss World Aishwarya Rai becoming his latest fan. And there will be no doubt that post dubbed version release more celebrities will join the list of Mahesh’s fans!
